The hotel is a hidden gem with spacious, clean rooms facing away from the pool and equipped with comfy beds and air conditioning. The beautiful grounds, pool area, and dining space create a relaxing atmosphere. The included breakfast is delicious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. It offers easy access to the beach and town.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room, although facing away from the pool, was spacious and came with thoughtful gifts to compensate for the construction noise. The service was exceptional, especially with kids. The location was convenient, near the beach and restaurants, although it could use some improvements. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel! The rooms were superbly comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like a wine bottle, water bottle with the hotel's logo, and mango passion fruit juice as a thank you. The efficient communications with Luis before my reservation made everything smooth. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The service was excellent, from the friendly and multilingual staff to the wide range of services offered. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but overall, it was truly a pleasant experience.
